A Harvard Business study revealed that 14% of people who have goals are 10 times more successful than those without goals. AND, the 3% with written goals are 3 times more successful than the 14% with unwritten goals.

We have a determination, some would call a resolution at this time of year.  I’ll do better in 2018, and then we name a litany of things to improve. Some of us will write them down, the laundry list of losing weight, getting a promotion (which may require an employer change), or more time with the family. None of those are things like I’ll grow my willpower, or improve my resilience.

We certainly know that change management is the hottest discussion in the business world right now, so how are you preparing for it?  Change is about letting go, preparing for newness, and that involves internal awareness first.
