Meeting Facilitation

Financial

We have a rich background in financial and profitability analysis and assessment of law firms. Our expertise in efficiency and effectiveness is the backdrop for our review of financial controls, including accounting procedures in the billing, receivables, payables and cash flow areas. We also evaluate trust accounting procedures and financial reporting processes. Our review of your current profitability often provides the best information for improving the firm’s bottom line in the future. We conduct interviews, in-person evaluations, and provide a written analysis for consideration and implementation. We can focus on one element of your firm’s financial health, or incorporate all of these items in the evaluation. We can implement any part of the analysis, or the entire plan – at your decision.

Human Resources

Our experience in hiring and termination is your benefit in navigating screening, interviewing, incentives, and all other personnel related concerns including handling difficult employees. We can provide interview skills training, and accounting skills training in addition to leadership development and job coaching training. Our training can be done over the phone or in-person, at your discretion.

Operations

We review overall office efficiency in work flow, including records retention, space utilization and facility design (including office moves and build outs). We review your current policies and make recommendations for maximizing efficiency by interviewing and reviewing current processes and daily flow.

Coaching

If you are stuck on moving initiatives forward, want to jump off the indecision bandwagon, or looking for more leadership skills in your environment, we welcome the opportunity to work with you! We work with managers, attorneys, and key staff to develop personal empowerment, self-esteem, and decision making with authority. Consider the coaching relationship as being a built-in accountability to grow yourself, and your skills in the workplace – two for one! Every client relationship is confidential and individualized. Coaching is a commitment to the future of YOU. We design our coaching relationships on your preference – in person, on the phone, during the week, or on the weekend. We require a three month commitment to the process to see lasting change, and the client chooses a longer relationship in most instances.
