About Me
Business
With over 15 years in C-level management, I provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise in successful business planning. My background in Professional Services makes me an ideal facilitator for strategic retreats and financial analysis. I present at several conferences on the topic of strategic and long range planning for law firms, and legal staff management. I write articles on the importance of strategic planning in the success of business, and have been an instructor for the University of California San Diego on Law Firm Management. I coach small business owners on running a business and the necessary elements for success.
Health
I was a professional volleyball player and have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1993. I have designed personal training programs for professional athletes, and for business professionals. I write articles on the importance of health and exercise to maintain productive workload and provide work/life balance. I present at many international conferences on the topic of work/life balance and stress management in the workplace. I am an Accredited Life Coach working with individuals who know they can achieve more (personally, professionally, or both) and want to overcome their obstacles to success. I work with teams (athletic and corporate) who want to break through their current performance ceiling and achieve the next level. I run workshops on the power of living inside-out, coaching individuals back to their essence and creating intentional living for their future.
Balance
This unique combination of business and wellness led me to create Nesso Strategies. My energy is contagious, and my message is powerful yet simple. I partner with organizations to develop profit-oriented strategies based on my business acumen and team-oriented approach. I am here to guide individuals toward balance in their workdays, and their personal lives. Now that makes sense and cents.
Personal
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Huntingdon College, and my Masters Degree in Sports Management from the University of Richmond. I am an ICF Accredited Coach, a certified Living Your Vision facilitator and a licensed SDI provider. I reside in San Diego, CA, playing volleyball whenever someone lets me!
